Happy New Year Foreclosure Deals Coach family! As we gear up for 2021, we thought it'd be a great time to reflect on everything we faced in 2020. If you've listened to the show long enough, you likely remember hearing Donny mention his goal of doing 50 flips in 2020. Admittedly a lofty goal for any investor, Donny and the team encountered even more obstacles than one might expect during the year of the COVID-19 pandemic. Where many investors and #Dealhunters might've given up, Donny led his team through pandemic lockdowns, staff restructuring, theft, and inconsistent access to materials & labor to emerge from 2020 having completed 40 FLIPS and gained a new level of understanding of what it takes to be a world-class real estate investor. Even though we didn't reach our goal of 50 units, the relationships we established, systems we put in place, and knowledge of what it takes to operate in one of the most volatile real estate markets in recent history has equipped us with the skills to aim even higher in 2021.
